Day 15...200 Miles Run!

MY TRAINING RUN RECORD NOW STANDS AT 15 DAYS

 Strideopolis Website
I reached the "200 MILE MILESTONE" this morning when I went on my 15th straight training run of "My Personal Training Run Challenge of seeing how many 13.1 Mile Training Runs I can run consecutively".  It was "Daylight On" as I sprang onto the Santa Fee Trail this morning in Monument, Colorado plodding my way to beautiful Palmer Lake, Colorado to complete my 15th Training Run of my challenge.  I took today's run as easy as a Sunday Morning...because...well...It was Sunday Morning!

Wildlife Report:
Phew...No woodland creatures encountered on my morning run!

Sasquatch Report:
Phew...No run-ins with Sasquatch...but I Believe!

Celestial Report:
The sun was beaming nice and bright in the Colorado blue sky for the first half of my morning training run before some white clouds moved in over Palmer Lake.  Oh what a treat it was to be able to run in the day of light once again!!!

Bio Report:
Here is how my Bio Report currently reads (1= Good, 10 = Bad)
Feet Rank = 2
Knees Rank = 2
Legs Rank = 2
Back Rank = 1

I went on a nice and slow casual run this morning giving my body a little break from all of the pounding that it has taken with all of my night runs this week.  So far so good...My legs, knees, and feet are holding up very well!

Here's The Skinny:
In the last 15 Days I have now run a Grand Total of 200 Miles (13.38 Miles X 15 Days = 200.7 Miles) and have burned approximately 23,205 Calories!

All systems are go for another week of running on the Santa Fe Trail this week.  Let's see how many more days I have in me!
